Thank you for your interest in becoming an AIIMSEI Junior Fellow.

The AIIMSEI Junior Fellows Program is an invitation-only extracurricular leadership and innovation development initiative that prepares emerging scholars to become future convergent innovators. We seek intellectually curious individuals who are motivated to address complex societal challenges through the integration of science, engineering, medicine, technology, sustainability, public policy, entrepreneurship, and community engagement.

The selection committee evaluates applicants not only on academic achievement, but also on creativity, leadership, integrity, collaborative potential, and capacity for transformative impact.

Estimated completion time for Sections I - X: 30–45 minutes
