The AIIMSEI Junior Fellows Program is a year-long, Convergence-inspired leadership formation experience that prepares emerging scholars to solve complex societal challenges through Convergence Thinking. Integrating the Eight Pillars of Performance, Convergence Conversations, and the Convergence Studio, Fellows develop an enduring portfolio of purpose-driven leadership while joining a global community committed to transformative impact.
