Each Jr. Fellow receives guidance from three mentors:
Convergence Mentor - Provides technical and scholarly guidance.
Innovation Mentor - Provides guidance regarding entrepreneurship, design thinking, and translation.
Community Mentor - Provides stakeholder and societal perspectives.
The mentoring triad ensures that experiences remain scientifically rigorous, innovative, and socially relevant.
